Banana pancakes

This pancakes are healthy and easy to make. Suitable for both everyday meals, and healthy snacks. One of the advantages with this pancakes are that they are compatible with several diets. They are gluten-free, have low FODMAP contents, and is lactose-free. There are numerous claims of healthy dishes, but in many cases there are added several artificial ingredients. In this recipe, there are only natural ingredients. The main ingredients are bananas and eggs. Both contains many important nutrients and gives almost full nutrient ratio. If you expect these ones to taste like normal pancakes, you will be disappointed. This is an alternative with a lot of banana flavour. 6-8 pancakes depending on size.



2 eggs
2 bananas (ripe)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon icing sugar
1 pinch of salt
A little water or milk


Banana pancakes directions: 
  1. First, add the bananas in a food processor and run quickly to a pulp.
  2. Then add all the other ingredients and run to a smooth batter.
  3. If the batter gets a little thick, you may have to add some water or milk.


Frying the banana pancakes: In a frying pan on medium heat with a little butter.

Banana pancakes served: Warm with berries, sugar, syrup and the like after your liking.

Allergy: Gluten-free. In addition, lactose free, if you use a little milk, then you need to use lactose variant. Low FODMAP.
